How do I connect my LED devices?

Make sure your LED device is powered on and on the same Wi-Fi network as your phone. Open the Party Controls app and follow the on-screen pairing steps.

How do credits work?

Credits are used to generate AI-powered LED animations. You can purchase credits through the app. Unused credits remain on your account and do not expire.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion by emailing support@partycontrols.com from the email address associated with your account. All personal data will be removed within 30 days.

A generated video didn't look right — can I get a refund?

If a generation failed or the output is clearly broken, email us and we'll refund the credits used.
