This Privacy Policy describes how Party Controls ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").

Information we collect

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication identifiers from third-party sign-in providers (Google, Apple) if you use them.

Usage data. We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including videos you generate, credits purchased and used, and device information (model, OS version).

Content. Prompts you submit for AI video generation and the generated videos themselves are stored to provide the Service.

Payment information. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details; we only receive transaction metadata needed to credit your account.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• To process purchases and manage your credit balance
• To generate LED animations from your prompts
• To communicate with you about your account and support requests
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

Third-party services

We use trusted third-party providers to operate the Service, including cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services), authentication (Google, Apple), and AI video generation providers. These providers only process information as needed to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy commitments.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers described above, when required by law, or with your consent.

Data retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Generated content is retained so you can access it in the app. You may request deletion at any time (see below).

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@partycontrols.com. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.

Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the app or by email. The "Last updated" date above indicates when this policy was last revised.
